Join us in practicing the Fundamentals of Tango!

No partner or experience required! This class focuses on the basics of Argentine Tango including the walk and steps like ochos, turns (molinetes), and the cross.

This purely improvisational partner dance requires the cultivation of a deep listening to your partner. This class covers aspects of shared respect, communication and playfulness that's integral for tango.

This workshop will include 2 hours of milonga instruction and a 2 hour práctica to follow, 

The práctica will have both traditional tango, alternative music and lots of milonga-style music for immediate practice.

We will go over steps and techniques for you to utilize when this driving beat is being played at tango dances.
